Service-Based Business
The GrowthX Co. provides digital marketing services. Since our services are delivered digitally and customized for each client, traditional return policies do not apply. However, we are committed to client satisfaction.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Services not delivered as agreed within specified timelines
- Failure to meet documented performance guarantees
- Technical issues preventing service delivery
- Cancellation within 48 hours of service agreement
Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Consultation fees and strategy development
- Work already completed and delivered
- Third-party advertising spend
- Custom development work after approval
- Services used for more than 30 days
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 30 days of service delivery
- Provide detailed explanation of the issue
- Allow us opportunity to resolve the concern
- If resolution is not possible, refund will be processed
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be offered:
- For unused portions of prepaid services
- When services are partially delivered
- As compensation for service delays
- Based on individual case assessment
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within:
- 5-7 business days for bank transfers
- 7-14 business days for credit card refunds
- Processing time may vary by payment method
